This four-bedroom unit complex called for a clean, contemporary finish that would suit the relaxed character of the Bulimba streetscape. A white Tyrolean texture was applied across the main facade, giving the building a crisp, textured finish that catches the light beautifully throughout the day.

The entrance was treated as a feature in its own right, with a rendered archway combining a smooth concrete finish above and a contrasting grey Tyrolean texture below — a small detail that adds real depth and sophistication to the street presence.
